Congratulations to Romain Cannone for winning the Cadet World Cup in Bratislava, Slovakia! Last weekend, Romain competed against 268 of the best athletes in the world from 33 countries. He once again showed a great level of fencing by earning his second Cadet World Cup medal this season.

To earn gold, Romain beat the number one rated Cadet in the world, Adrian Dabija from Romania, by a score of 15-12. This result should secure his spot on the French National Team for World Championships in the Spring in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. Meanwhile, we wish him the best of luck at the January North American Cup in Virginia, and at the Goteborg, Sweden World Cup in February.
