REMINDERS:

  • December 25th is our Member Holiday Party! It starts at 3 and there will be lots of food, fun, and parent fencing! RSVP to Anton or Marina.
  • December 26-30 is our Winter Camp where we’ll be preparing for the January NAC. All of our best athletes are attending and we invite everyone to join us!
  • December 31-January 2 we will be closed.  Happy New Year!

  • Thanks to more than 80 fencers who came from the US, Canada, and France to make our summer sleep-away epee fencing camp the biggest on the East Coast!
  • Thanks to our team of coaches – Misha Mokretsov (NYFA), Slava Zingerman (NYFA), Arpy Horvath (Vivo), Sergei Danilov (Alliance), Tim Svydnitsky (Toronto), Yakov Danilenko (Medeo), Dima Krupp (IFA) – and to our camp staff for their hard work.
  • Congratulations to all the medalists in our camp tournaments, six of whom earned new ratings.

NYFA SUMMER DAY CAMPS: REGISTER NOW

Sign-up now for NYFA’s June, July, and August Summer Day Camps!
All sessions are 5 days, 10am-3pm, and held at our club in Brooklyn.
Don’t miss the early registration discount deadlines.  Member discounts are also given, but you do not have to be a member to attend.

  • JUNE 23-27: PRE-NATIONALS COMPETITION CAMP
    Ages 10+, 1+ years experience. Early Reg: MAY 1
  • JULY 4-8: BEGINNER-INTERMEDIATE CAMP
    Ages 7-13*, 0-2 years experience. Early Reg: JUNE 1
  • JULY 11-15: BEGINNER-INTERMEDIATE CAMP
    Ages 7-13*, 0-2 years experience. Early Reg: JUNE 1
  • JULY 18-22: BEGINNER-INTERMEDIATE CAMP
    Ages 7-13*, 0-2 years experience. Early Reg: JUNE 1
  • JULY 25-29: BEGINNER-INTERMEDIATE CAMP
    Ages 7-13*, 0-2 years experience. Early Reg: JUNE 1
  • AUG 29–SEP 2: PRE-SEASON COMPETITION CAMP

SUMMER CAMP UPDATE: ENROLL NOW, NEW SESSION + RAFTING/CAMPING ADDED

Registration is open and filling up for NYFA’s Summer Sleep-away Epee Fencing Camps in Pennsylvania.  All competitive fencers ages 10 and up are welcome to attend.  Here’s what we have planned for 2016:

  • Session 1 at Phelps School:  August 4-13
  • Session 2 at Perkiomen School: August 14-23
  • Whitewater Rafting & Overnight Camping: August 13-14
    (Included for FREE for campers who register for both sessions!)

Early-bird deadline is March 28th. Sign up now to secure your spots, as spaces are limited and prices go up on March 29th.
